1. Omoide Yokocho Alley

A retro-atmosphere food street near the west exit of Shinjuku Station. The sight of small izakayas (traditional Japanese bars) and yakitori shops lined up gives you a feeling of traveling back in time.

2. Kabukicho

Tokyo's largest entertainment district located in Shinjuku. This small area is packed with over 1,000 restaurants and entertainment facilities. It's famous as a 24/7 sleepless town, full of energy day and night.

(Pass by) Giant 3D Cat

A famous giant digital billboard near Shinjuku Station, featuring a hyper-realistic calico cat that appears to pop out of the screen. The cat “wakes up,” meows, and plays throughout the day, making it a quick, fun photo spot

(Pass by) Godzilla head

A famous landmark on top of the Shinjuku Toho Building near Kabukicho. This life-size Godzilla head peeks over the street, and at certain times it lights up and “roars,” making it a fun, very Tokyo-style photo spot—especially in the evening.

3. Shinjuku Golden-gai

A small drinking area located east of Kabukicho. The charm of this place is undoubtedly the unique landscape of small bars densely packed together.

  • Under Japanese law, drinking and smoking by anyone under 20 are prohibited. The bars on our itinerary also serve soft drinks, so guests under 20 may join if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
     

  • We will do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions; however, please note that we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or fully cater to specific needs, as the food is prepared in kitchens not operated by MegLog Trip.
     

  • Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving with a wheelchair or stroller.
     

  • Japan's climate has become more extreme, with summer highs of 40°C (110°F) and winter lows of -5°C (20°F). Please prepare accordingly for the tour.

​Your booking will be confirmed once the tour fee is paid. After confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • One complimentary date change per booking (subject to availability)
     

Cancellation:​

  • More than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund.

  • 29 days to 48 hours before start: 85% refund (15% cancellation fee)

  • Less than 48 hours / No-show: No refund
