Important Notes

*Hotel pickup is available for hotels near Kyoto Station (within about a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station). For guests staying outside this area, we kindly ask that you meet us at Kyoto Station.

 

**Transportation fares are not included in the tour price. This tour uses public transportation, including trains and taxis. The estimated cost is approximately JPY 390 (USD 2.5) per person for train fares, plus JPY 1,500–2,500 (USD 10–16) per group for taxi fares.​​​

  • ​​​Some shops accept cash only, so please make sure to bring cash with you.
     

  • Planned destinations may be changed without prior notice due to closures, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we are unable to provide any refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​Your booking will be confirmed once the tour fee is paid. After confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply:


Date Change:

  • One complimentary date change per booking (subject to availability)
     

Cancellation:​

  • More than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund.

  • 29 days to 48 hours before start: 85% refund (15% cancellation fee)

  • Less than 48 hours / No-show: No refund
